Ah, summer, barbeques, loud festivals, and getting a tan at the beach. By judging the rest of our fair-weathered futurists out there, I’d say we will be enjoying the weather but may be staying fair.
There should be a command to all of us to venture away from our blogs, powerpoints, computer chairs, and strip off our ties/pant suits to grab a little sun.
While you’re out getting forgetting about the bubbling world around you in a menial beach chair (yet still listening to NPR and clutching your IPad), don’t forget a new book to fill that foresight void in the summer months. Don’t forget, your sunblock; won’t want to be the burned person in the World Future Society 2011 cocktail picture.
