One week before the fall semester started, Andy, Laura and April hosted a new student orientation for all our fall students (72 total, 30 new).
In this webcast, we promised to share the ins and outs of Houston Foresight: the formal (e.g. program offerings, the learning outcomes, the degree plan, zoom classes) and the informal (e.g. we’re like mullet futurists…we bring business & party energy).
We also covered:

- Community events
- Research projects, internships, and other avenues to start practicing while in school!
- Where our graduates go (to work as professional futurists)
- A review of our Framework Foresight cone they will come to know so well!
