Our sister Master’s and PhD program, the University of Hawaii’s Hawaii Reserach Center for Future Studies (HRCFS) is calling for submissions for their student journal, The Manoa Journal, a student-run, peer-reviewed journal published with support from the HRCFS and the Political Science Department at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa. Originally published from 1993-1998, the Journal “offered a creative and nurturing environment for nascent ideas. As such, we encourage submissions from all areas, people, and persuasions.”
They hope to once again provide a place for students, academics, and the general public to submit their research, comments, and opinions about the futures in a fun and exploratory environment. They encourage students from all disciplines with ideas about the futures to submit their work and participate in journal activities.
Keeping to the original format of the Manoa Journal, each issue has a “Menu” with a selection of Appetizer, Entrée and Dessert articles.

Submissions Must Be Received by November 1, 2011.

Please read the descriptions of each section below, and submit your work to Managing Editor Adriane Raff Corwin at friedjournal@gmail.com
