Cities are continuing to explode as Latin America’s cities will blossom into a new almost completely urban (90%) environment.  These cities will be teeming with capital and experience as new economies are emerging to drive the next world economy explosion.  Even the Philippines is making en-roads in the capital world.  These cities will be vast and may need to be connected with more than just cars; hopefully America will jump on board with bullet trains and the like.  Energy must drive these cities though, so preparing to use all sources to include natural gas is very necessary when cranking the power numbers.   Germany will still need some fossil fuels, we definitely know that. We just need a true outlook to give us hard numbers on how to use the resources we have like this OECD one.   Humans will still be needing their own energy too, but will food shortages turn us all into vegetarians?  Time to shop at Whole Foods.
